本機為四頭西林瓶液體灌裝、加塞（軋蓋）一體機，具有自動灌裝、自動供塞、壓塞、（軋蓋）自動出瓶等功能。液體灌裝采用氣動力感應式不銹鋼供液泵灌裝，感應開關控制裝量，計量標準，比傳統的靠螺桿調節裝量的普通柱塞泵及自流式灌裝性能更優,同時還采用潛入式灌裝結構，防起沫且無滴漏，由于止灌采用新型氣動力強制止灌，所以比傳統的玻璃單向閥裝量精度要高，而并可適用粘性液體的灌裝；采用等分盤定位上塞、壓塞（軋蓋）結構，所以工作可靠并具有無瓶不塞（無瓶不蓋）等保護功能以確保生產正常運行；全機采用全進口變頻及PLC觸摸屏智能化控制系統，操作十分方便；本機設計獨特、動作可靠協調、同步性好，自動化程度高，運行穩定，符合GMP要求。既可單機生產，又可聯入生產線中。
