本機為口服液瓶裝線聯動線機組，用于對10 ml/20 ml鋁塑蓋（易拉蓋）管制玻璃瓶清洗、烘干、灌裝、自動戴蓋、封口。洗瓶采用單螺桿或雙螺桿輸送模式，采用兩水一氣清洗工藝；熱風循環烘箱；灌裝采用4頭跟蹤式灌裝，計量泵采用不銹鋼泵或陶瓷泵,  送蓋采用理蓋器自動送蓋，三刀式軋蓋，該機組結構緊湊，易于操作。
