本系列是我公司為滿足國內外客戶需要而研制開發的新型智能型安瓿拉絲灌封機。本機器擁有新型安瓿拉絲灌封機的全部功能和特點。生產效率高，通用性強，調試方便、安全的機型。它除具備普通安瓿拉絲灌封機的一些特點外，如采用鏈條及巨形傳送安瓿，可以在不停機的狀態下停止輸送安瓿等外，還采用變頻和蠕動泵及PLG觸摸屏智能化控制系統，可以很方便的根據所灌產品的性能控制和了解整機運轉速度及灌裝量，全套控制系統主件采用進口配置，穩定可靠;另外，還提高了整機的通用性，只需更換很少的配件即可方便地實現1-5ml、1-10ml安瓿的灌封;本產品灌裝工位設有多個灌裝頭，可滿足充壓縮空氣及前后充氮要求，在設計上盡可能采用不銹鋼零件、滾動軸承和滑動軸承及直線導軌，改善了運動狀況，減少零件的磨損，提高了精度和壽命;整機運轉進出瓶平穩，成品合格率高;本產品還可根據客戶的要求配百級層流罩，廣泛應用于醫藥、保健品、化妝品及科研部門標準物質的灌封。
